Well now it's two with this problem.
I try everything but don't work until now..
try chmod +s
try chmod a+s etc etc etc ...
Try 4755 etc.
None works..
Put the /var/spool/asterisk/vm with apache.apache
AND nothing..
So if anyone has a tip, please help.
Another question is, did asterisk have any kind of authentication level ?
