Hi List, I was wondering what is the best way to upgrade an Asterisk
system to the latest version. I know there is the patch method, but if I am jumping 3 or 4
versions is a re-install the best way? Should I just make the files then manually copy them in?
Does this avoid overwriting any modified sound files etc? Should I delete the
current files or move / make a copy to a different location first? I know this is a lot of questions but I am hoping for a best
