Of course... you only need to Dial to other port FXO connected to PSTN and passing the number as extension:

[redirection] ; your inconming-calls context
exten=>s,1,Dial(Zap/${OTHER_FXO}/${EXTERNAL_NUMBER})
exten=>s,2,Hangup
