I've actually solved that by defining penelty for the accounts, but if the 1st
Agent does not hear his/her phone and
did not logged off correctly, the 2nd or 3rd agent has no chance to get the
incoming call on his/her phone.
It would be great if there is any solution - else it would be interesting how
to send feature requests to asterisk-developers.
You might be able to use autopause to automatically pause the 1st
agent out of the queue when they fail to answer the phone, but the
trick then will be making sure that when they return, they know they
are paused and need to unpause in order to receive calls again.
