The Adit is realy simple as all it is is a bridge, so you have one interface that is virtualy cross connected to another interface within the Adit. If you want to use the Adit with asterisk you can put the cards into the Adit (usualy FXS and/or FXO cards) and then connect the Adit to Asterisk, in most cases the Adit is connected to Asterisk using a T1 cable that is connected to a T1 card (like from Digium), however you can also use the CMG card from the Adit, but keep in mind that the CMG card only works with FXS cards and not with FXO.
