I've confirmed that the board supports PCI 2.2.

For what it's worth -
I had a similar problem with a MB that was 2.2, but the card was not seen.
Digiums response was "try another motherboard"
The TDM 400 does not work in all PCI 2.2 MB configurations.
The Sangoma A200 worked, and is still working, in that same MB.
