syslog is limited to the amount of space you have on disk... I have everything centralized by host/date on my syslog server.
In asterisk you can enable syslog by editing the logger.conf ;syslog keyword : This special keyword logs to syslog facility ;syslog.local0 => notice,warning,error On the phone it depends on the phone... since I don't really care about the phones...
