Flames about GXP-2000 poor quality are frequent on this mailing list. I recently setup 80 of these (and I'm waiting for other 30...) to move whole company from a legacy Alcatel PBX to an Asterisk-only solution. At first, I tried some chinese phones (AtCom) and they were a disaster. Then I tried Grandstream phones and it was a real jump: users now are happy, I had only one RMA, quality and stability are good and I'm able to focus myself on improving Asterisk features.
