Latest firmware installed and problem with handset. They don't use
headset nor speakerphone.

I find the handset quite acceptable
Speaker phones are a can of worms, with so many issues not related
to the phones
the SPA-841 might as well not have a display.
Is the 94x any better? seems without backlighting, any are next to
useless.
