Why don't you try the modification from Joseph Benden here:

It can even spool CDRs to a file while the MySQL server is down and then
store them automatically when its back up.
It should fix exactly what you are experiencing.

Well, it looks like you have realtime DB. The errors appear to be

it couldn't connect to the DB to resolve the extensions that the
