Considering that the X100P/X101P is basically a simple "winmodem" card
(a card that has the basic chips for anlog/digital conversion, but
relies on the host for most of the processing), this is just what they are 
selling there.

Maybe its the same card and will actually work with the wcfxo driver. 

Anyway, they neglect to tell you there that you probably already have an
on-board modem on your computer...
