Grandstream have acknowledged that there is a problem with 1.1.0.13 on later phones (MAC's 00:0B:82:09:xx:xx I assume) and have advised me to wait for the next firmware release. So anyone with later phones (MAC's 00:0B:82:09:xx:xx), do not upgrade to 1.1.0.13.
