[Asterisk-Users] caller id

How can I get the external caller id to show on the polycom 501 phones. Currently, when someone calls our office,  we only see the word "asterisk" in the caller id.

This is our set up:

VOIP(polycom)<--------------->Asterisk 1.2.4<--------------->PSTN
