I would guess the card is actually a http://www.x100p.com/products_1.htm and may be x100p selling it on ebay themselves.
I have one of these cards itself and it works fine. There is a bit of echo initially but it gets cancelled our fairly quickly. Apart from turning on echo cancellation I have not adjusted any other settings.
