Does anyone know how to (if even at all possible) remap the softkeys on the Cisco 7960's for various conditions (without having to purchase Call Manager)
Example: Cisco 7960 (running SIP Version 8.2) has a call in progress and displays the following softkeys: 'Hold' 'EndCall' 'Confrn' 'More' Pressing 'More' gets you: 'Trnsfer' and 'BlndXfer' I would much rather re-order the softkeys to be: 'Hold' 'EndCall' 'Trnsfer' 'More' Instead of the default. I know with Call Manager you can modify the SIP soft key templates, but if one doesn't have call manager, is there still a way to do this? Thanks.
