Hi all. I´m trying to disable this simple thing: I dont want an user to
put a call in hold pressing hook (or flash button). I tryied disabling
all the transfer/forward/threeway... capabilities of my zapata.conf and
the user is still allowed to put the call on hold no matter if its
calling to a SIP-peer or a ZAP-channel.
