Hey guys, thanks for the suggestions, I finally figured it out.
I need to run the script using the CGI version of php or
"#!/usr/bin/php-cgi -q"...not really sure why, but it all started working,
AGI classes and all.
Strange, I run it with standard PHP
#!/usr/bin/php -q
Well, if it works, then I guess everything is ok :)
