I'm sorry, but this goes far beyond Asterisk (at least for the moment) :)

Anyway you can still play with rxgain and txgain in zapata.conf, but this will increase/reduce the overall volume gains and can also affect echo perception.

Is possible to set an default volume on a PBX, so that all lines have the same volume, like if some one speaks loud, he would get a low volume.
