Sorry typo, it should read: I have to be able to switch to full duplex at the callees will. Which with the Avaya gets done by picking up the handset.
BTW, its quite clear in the original post. Now thinking a bit more, There realy is this solution: Xfer the call to a meetme room, add the callee to the room muted, allow the callee to unmute himself, and then when the xfer is completed we got the xfered and the new person in the meetme room, but as indicated before I realy want to avoid meetme.
