If there are any freelance asterisk consultants (or small companies) who live in the NY on this list looking for additional work please email me with some background reference installations and contact details.   Unfortunately the client is going to be very very picky about who they brief on this large scale project and who is eventually accepted as it’s a non-standard asterisk installation with high net commercial value.   You must have the follow capabilities   Reside in NY city or be able to commute. (you’ll be working in person with a team). Have a rudimentary understanding of web html and java. Have demonstrable asterisk installations with multi server load balancing.
