I've setup an internal access through DISA as below but I get a misleading announcement (no messages) in my mailbox.
[disa] exten => 123,1,Answer exten => 123,2,DigitTimeout,8 exten => 123,3,ResponseTimeout,30 exten => 123,4,Authenticate(xxxx) exten => 123,5,DISA(xxxxxx|disa-access) [disa-access] include => tollfree include => outgoing-plain_voip include => voicemail I can "get-in" after authentication, I enter my voicemail extension number; I'm asked for "mailbox number" "password" and get an announcement I have no messages waiting, even though there are two messages in my mailbox. When I dial my mailbox number from internally asterisk tells me I have two messages.
