in your dialplan, define the following variables:
GROUP_A=SIP/100&SIP/200
GROUP_B=SIP/150&SIP/200
and in your dial string
exten => blah,1,Dial(${GROUP_A})
exten => moreblah,1,Dial(${GROUP_B})
