It's a propretary hardware that is Telephony Server for a predictive
dialer. We would like to use asterisk as pbx of that hardware instead of
another pbx like avaya ou nortel...

signalling=pri_net
It should probably be pri_cpe, net being the PBX.
What PBX is it?
Ours it a Avaya Definity G3R.
