not the best, but the easiest way is to check queueing, make
a queue dedicated (so channel*(80k if g711||30k if g729)) to voip
and max the bandwidth of other=all-voip

of course there is an option in mikrotik if you want to dig deeper, to
match on udp/sip and give much more priority
