can anyone suggest the best way to go about installing Asterisk for a small business of 20 - ive read all the documentation but the real issue is the dial plan. Ive attempted to write my own which is similar to FreePBX's dailplan. Ive even attempted to rewrite dialparties.pl simply to increase my knowlegde of dailplan writing. The issue i have is all the functions that come with freebpx are they all necessary. If so it look as if i will have to opt for freepbx though i would rather continue from the bottom up and delevope my own system. Point is at this moment is hunt groups is this a feature i should use or can i dismiss.
