Try specifying the SIP argument as:
SIP/dundisip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]@xxx.yyy.142.163
See the following line in the sample extensions.conf as an example:
;exten => _42X.,1,Dial(SIP/user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:[EMAIL PROTECTED],30,rT)
