We encountered a problem recently where, if an agent who received a call from a queue, tried to transfer the caller with the Polycom transfer keys, it would cause the Queue application to completely lock up.
This bug seems to be similar. http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=7458 and this seems to be relevant as well: http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-dev/2005-November/017054.html For the moment, we have agents transferring queue callers with #1, #2, which is hard to use. Sometimes Asterisk doesn't detect #1 correctly. Anyone know if this problem has been fixed in 1.4, or the latest bleeding edge code?
