on my 7940 Phones here, this is the first Part of the Factory Reset
Procedure
after Step 3 and the Status Message you have to hit all Keys on the
Number Pad (1 -> 2 -> 3 -> 4 .... -> #) and then answer the Question by
hitting Number 2
