I couldn't find in you sip.conf of your central server, the line context=clientes-sip, did u forget to past, or u r missing it, or i'm missunderstanding?
That could be the problem! You MUST define the context for your ATA devices in central server, so * will look for this context in extensions.conf, that's your dialplan.
