I was unclear regarding the CLID
I meant CLID on an INCOMING call.
Cellsocket passes "cellsocket", not what the phone received.

Anything with a SIM in it will pass the CLI programmed into the SIM, not
the CLI of the originating phone.
You could do this with the co-operation of the operator by entering the
originating CLI into unused GSM fields, but AFAIK no one is supporting
this.
