The whole thing.
Both (old and new) have the same exten and the same priority, you can't do that and expect it to work properly.
The new exten will call all 3 phones at the same time, whoever answers first gets the call.
 
If you want it to call SIP/120 first and if they don't answer then ring to all 3, you'd want to do this:
exten =>    _879677[67],1,Dial(SIP/120|20) ;this will ring for 20 seconds then go to priority 2.
exten =>    _879677[67],2,Dial(SIP/120&SIP/122&SIP/124)
