(http://tinyurl.com/twyi) Speaker phone, CallerID, callerid memory, and directory dialing. We have quite a handful of AT&T 960 at work. Those phones generate a lot of background hissing noise. Bought them about 3 years ago. Not sure if the newer ones are better. ... ling
