This is a problem of OpenH323 1.12.0. Use this dial string:
Dial,OH323/h323:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Or, even better, use the latest (it has been fixed).
Would Dial(OH323/h323:[EMAIL PROTECTED]) work?
