I have queue with member defined as:
member => Agent/SIP/148,1
member => Agent/SIP/143,2
And when I do show queues this is what I see.
pbx*CLI> show queues
prodaja has 0 calls (max 5) in 'rrmemory' strategy (0s holdtime), W:10, C:0
, A:1, SL:0.0% within 60s
Members:
Agent/SIP/148 with penalty 1 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
Agent/SIP/143 with penalty 2 (Unavailable) has taken no calls yet
No Callers

Why are my agents Unavailable? How to make them available?
