[asterisk-users] Internal message being heard on pstn line

I am on a sip line, ext 11, checking my voicemail. While I am in the midst of it, an incoming call from a pstn line, dialing 11, caller hears the internal message: "Asterisk mail box,....... password...."
Obviously, the caller is confused. Where should I look in the configuration to avoid this ?
