Digium sells cables to interconnect them for timing. (dunno if thats only for the 412 cards).

We have 3 TE410P cards in a Dell 2850...had to disable hyperthreading in the bios...and then make sure we had no shared interrupts on them... Work fine though...See no reason why you should have any problem with more than 1 TE110P.....
