I suppose this should have been obvious. Don't know why I thought I
needed to do something in voicemail.conf. I think I'm too busy to
properly think things through, which means I should probably slow down.

Thanks for the tip -- sorry for what is probably a FAQ.

Here's another question, though -- can we make it more precise? One
second seems long now. Half a second would be about right.
