If your phones are using DHCP rather than static IPs it might be worth
checking the DHCP server logs. If the phone cannot renew its lease or if it
receives a new IP address, it will reboot.

er, forgot to mention that we're using the "Soundpoint IP LAN/Power
Cable IEEE 802.3af" adapter/dongle to connect the cable from the
Linksys PoE switch to the phone itself.
