If the TDM card's connector is actually an Amphenol 50 (which *just* fits into a card bracket hole, IIRC) and it's actually wired in accordance with RJ21X, then you can get pre-stubbed, pre-labeled 66 and 110 blocks with the connectorized cable attached, which -- if you're doing an install of any size -- will save you endless grief.
