Well in pine I'm sending it out as [EMAIL PROTECTED] In asterisk in the actual voicemail.conf file I set the From field to a valid user name like [EMAIL PROTECTED] However for the loopback I have several names like local host.localdomain and myhost.mydomain.com which actually is probably unresolvable.
