Well, Permission denied does make it quite obvious ;-) Assuming it runs on linux try 'ps axu|grep asterisk', That will list the user id of the asterisk process, then run chown userid ......custom/asterisk-prospectus_IVR-main-day.* a google for unix file permissions might help too.
