The trick that this only needs to be done once per country. From what I found there seems to be a LCR update maintained for Germany. Unfortunately I didn't manage to find that for any other countries (I was looking for Belgium in particular) - on the other hand there are a couple of (often free) services that one could use to extract that data and put them into the required i4l LCR format. > - be limited only to LCR with carrier-select codes, so VoIP is not an > option.
