I've narrowed it down to 2 configs,

It wil either be a dual:
Intel xeon dual core 3.73Ghz 1066 2x2MB cache

or a dual:
AMD Opteron DUAL CORE 285 (2.6GHz 32/64bit)

So effectively there will be 4 real CPU cores to handle processes/transcoding.
* Are there any numbers on how many (SIP-SIP) Alaw to G729 transcoding calls 
this setup will be able to handle?
* Which of these two would be the better?
* Would this configuration be enough to serve a TE412P to 120 channels G729 ?
