Hello All,

 

To those who have (sorry) deployed Cisco 7960’s in a call center environment, I have a question.

 

A group of phones (13 of them, all identically configured except for extensions) is part of a ring group.  Phones have 5 lines configured for the same extension, one line for intercom.

 

During a high traffic period, two nights in a row, the phones have reset themselves.  Other phones with identical configurations, although not in said ring group, remained unaffected.

 

Has anybody experienced similar situations; if so, what, if anything, was your resolution?

 

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
