Up to now, I can think of 6 people claming interest in such list.
As bristuff somehow modifies Asterisk, people using bristuff and asking support in Asterisk User list will be forwarded to this list.
So this number should be growing.
Maybe, a core of 20 people would be enough to turn this idea into something successful.
I think we can easily reach this target.
