I use it to learn ruby + Asterisk Manager. A script is run every 10 seconds to create an HTML page to display the codecs used by active channels. The script also makes rddtool generate a graph. This is not a production Asterisk. The script is runing for about a month. (It's a quick and dirty written script).

It probably hasn't seen much use. I created that back when I was just learning ruby, so it could probably use some refactoring as well. And If anything has changed in the asterisk manager protocol that would be an issue also. I created it against the beta version at the time, can't remember what that was.
