Analog has no way of doing that, unless you listen to the recorded message and your provider plays the right message for the right cause. A PRI will give you the cause.

For example, if the number dialed is not valid anymore, like the client has changed phone number and decommissioned the old number, we need Asterisk to return a cause of AST_CAUSE_UNALLOCATED.
