I guess that more than just advice. zaptel-source and libtonezoe-dev versions 1.2.9.1.dfsg-2, 1.2.10.dfsg-1 and 1.2.10.dfsg-2 contain the relevant symlinks. I've just removed those "fixes" (aimed originally at making asterisk 1.4 buildable with that package). Anyway, expect 1.4 debs soon.
