You can create a macro that the person that is
called has to press a key to take the call. If no key is pressed then you can
send them to a menu where they can press one to leave a message or two to go
back to the menu.

that allows a caller can try my cell phone. And that's
fine. If the call cannot be made, it sends caller back to voice
menu.
However, I'd like a way for the caller to elect to go back to
the voice menu, if they end up getting the cell phone voice
mail. Is that possible?
