Interesting.. I'll call them and confuse them tomorrow :P They always love when I call haha. At any rate.. clearly Asterisk though the channel was already in use.. but it wasn't.. so with CPE Yields set, they will send the call along even if Asterisk says the channel is busy? What will asterisk do? Just accept it?

Check with your telco on the "Glare" setting. They probably have Glare set to "CO Yields" which tells their switch to 'yield' to your switch/pbx when negotiating which channel to use. We ran into this problem with our PRI and an older phone system that did not give nearly the amount of insight (logs) as to what the problem might be.
